1. Warranty Policy
1.1. Warranty Period
7th Acoustics covers all products purchased from https://7thacoustics.com/ with a one-year limited warranty starting from the shipping date of the product.
1.2. Warranty Coverage
The Warranty Policy covers any defects that might affect the proper functionality of the product.
If you find that your product is defective, please contact us at <email> or other venues where you previously communicated with us and provide the following details:
Order number and shipping date
Product serial number
Full description of the defect(s)
Any photos, videos, or other documentary materials related to the abovementioned defect(s)
We might ask for additional information before proceeding with your warranty claim. We reserve the right to deny claims under certain conditions (please refer to section 2.4.).
Once we have confirmed that your product is defective due to manufacturing issues, we will proceed with the warranty claim process which may involve a partial refund or return of the product for repairs (where applicable). In the case of product return and repair, the Warranty Policy also covers the costs of diagnostics, repair labour, and spare parts, if any.
1.3. Warranty-Related Shipping Policy
Within 7 (seven) days of delivery, if we can confirm that your product has manufacturing defect(s) based on the provided photo/video documentation, we will cover the shipping fee back to us. Beyond 7 days after delivery, you will have to cover the return shipping cost(s) back to us.
We will cover the shipping cost(s) back to you after the repair.
Any repaired products under warranty will be covered by an additional warranty period of 3 (three) months after the shipping date of the repaired product, or the remainder of the length of the existing warranty period, whichever is later. This additional warranty period will apply one time only per repair under warranty.
1.4. Warranty Exceptions
The Warranty Policy does not cover the following:
Damages to the product due to accidents, negligence, disassembly, water damage, shock, mishandling, mismanagement, abuse, improper usage, unauthorised modifications/repairs, or acts of God.
Normal wear-and-tear damages, which may include cosmetic changes, superficial scratches, or blockages of nozzle filters due to earwax, etc.
Damages from commercial use of the product.
Damages due to unsupervised use of the product by children under 18 years of age.
Loss of the product due to theft or misplacement.
Products obtained as prize items or from giveaways.

1.5. Out-of-Warranty Repair Services
We may also extend the repair service for products disqualified from coverage by one or more of the above-mentioned conditions or the standard, or by the expiration of the warranty period. In such scenarios, 7th Acoustics will charge the user the fees associated with the repair labour, spare parts, and shipping back to you.
Any products repaired out-of-warranty will not be granted warranty extension.
